Mike Fiterman
Chairman
As Chairman, Mike is the third-generation to lead Liberty Diversified International. He serves/has served on a number of boards in Minnesota and has a passion for giving back to the community. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.

Greg Theis
President & CEO
With over 25 years of experience in the display and packaging industry, Greg has a proven track record of driving profitability and delivering results. Since joining LDI in 2018, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing multiple corrugated manufacturing facilities. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Jack Fiterman
VP, Business Development
Jack works closely with Sales leaders and General Managers from throughout the LDI family of companies to drive growth through organic sales and acquisitions. By leveraging his strong industry network, Jack helps the businesses cultivate new prospects and build key relationships. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Xiao Zhang
VP, Strategic Planning
Xiao is responsible for assisting all of the business units in developing and executing strategic initiatives as well as mergers and acquisitions. Xiao came to LDI with extensive experience in M&A, finance and strategy positions. He earned his undergraduate degree in genetics from Nankai University in China and earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Jenny Lindstrom
Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer
Jenny has overall responsibility for all legal matters including oversight of the external legal firms LDI retains. Her responsibilities also include Environmental, Health and Safety, Import/Export Compliance, Risk Management and Insurance, and she serves as Secretary to the LDI Board of Directors. She holds a Master of Law degree from Uppsala University in Sweden and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Mike Vanyo
Chief Financial Officer
Mike is responsible for leading LDI’s finance functions including tax and FP&A throughout the enterprise and IT functions including infastructure, cyber security, business systems and client technology. In addition, Mike is part of the senior management team guiding the business’ investments and financial reporting. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business (BSB) from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Jennifer Swanson
Chief Human Resources Officer
Jennifer leads human resources functions for LDI’s entire portfolio of businesses, including Liberty Paper, Liberty Packaging, Liberty Plastics and Safco office products. She guides all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, employee communications, community involvement and talent development. She earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, and her MBA from Southern Illinois University.

Kevin Borg
VP, Operations
Kevin collaborates closely with operations teams across the enterprise, directly overseeing procurement, engineering, transportation, facilities, and operational excellence. He earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management at the University of Michigan Dearborn and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
